If a replacement meal is not suitable and a refund is required we will do our best to ensure this is processed as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to process depending on your financial institution and the payment type you used at the time of your purchase.

To redeem the offer, make a purchase of$5 or over, retain receipt and complete online survey at www.talktotacobell.co.nz. Max 1 survey code per receipt. Survey code valid for 3 days from issue of original receipt. To redeem print / write down the validation code received at the survey completion on the original receipt and show to staff at participating Taco Bell Restaurants. Validation code valid for 14 days from date of issue and cannot be redeemed within the same day of original purchase. Not valid with any other offer.
